Solar collector entirely in stainless steel, realized using the most advanced technologies. No need for maintenance, self-supporting, easy to be installed, unlimited life and constant efficiency. The absorption plate of the solar collector ELIOINOX (patented) is realized keeping into consideration the best duration/thermic output ratio. It is defined as "completely wetted" by the thermo-vector fluid since it has a total useful surface. The existing aerials have three main functions: focussing solar radiations creating a turbulent path inside the plate increasing the switch surface The above outlined wetting treatments and the corrugated shape of the plate allow to receive a great part of the solar radiations at any time of the day perpendicularly to the plate, increasing its output. The employed working technology allows to: have inside the absorbing surface a low quantity of liquid despite its being completely wet distribute homogeneously the liquid through the plate thanks to the forming of a particular collector on the lower plate have input and output connections of the fluid through a mortise-joint (complementary patent), guaranteeing great ruggedness and perfect tightness. The caisson supporting the absorbing plate is thermically isolated both on the edges and on the back with expanded polyurethane. The final structure of the solar collector ELIOINOX Fea is completed by the tempered hail-proof glass and the frame in stainless steel.
