WASHING PLANTS (1)
Left: A Recovery water
B Clean water
C Recovered water
D CIP insertion
E CIP extraction
The plant provides for the execution of the washing cycles of tanks and productive cycle lines automatically, through the progress of single passages using various and user defined programs. Using a PLC allows to store several washing cycles. It is expecially useful with sugary syrup production plant, vegetable oil and similars.
Washing cycles features:
1) plant rinse with clean recovery water, collected with the last cycle of the previous washng process, and conveyed to the discharge after the usage (this first phase can be performed to cold or under controlled temperature)
2) washing under pre-settable temperature (max 90°C) with clean water (possible recycle in order to obtain the desired temperature)
3) final washing using claen water, recovered for the next cycle
