The plant provides for the execution of the washing cycles of tanks and productive cycle lines automatically, through the progress of single passages using various and user defined programs. Using a PLC allows to store several washing cycles. It is expecially useful with sugary syrup production plant, vegetable oil and similars.
Washing cycles features:
1) plant rinse with clean recovery water, collected with the last cycle of the previous washng process, and conveyed to the discharge after the usage
2) washing under pre-settable temperature (max 90°C) with alkaline phase (soda), with solution recovery
3) alkaline phase rinse, with discharging through water, recovery of the first solution quote and sewer discharge of the remaining part
4) washing under pre-settable temperature (max 90°C) with acid phase (nitric acid or orthophosphoric acid), with solution recovery
5) acid phase rinse, with discharging through water, recovery of the first solution quote and sewer discharge of the remaining part
6) final washing using claen water, recovered for the next cycle
