The introduction of soda through a pump, makes possible doing basic washing, over than hot water rinses. It is particularly useful in the case of small non-automatic plants, sauce treatment plants, vegetable oil and similar
Washing cycle features:
1) plant rinse with clean water and conveyed to the discharge after the usage (this previous phase can be performed to cold or under controlled temperature)
2) washing under pre-settable temperature (max 90°C) with basic solution
3) final rinse with clean water
