G Washing return H Hot water I Production L Washing return The plant produces semi-finished for alimentary products (as wafer pulps, biscuit mixing, oven products, etc.). In the preparer - dissolver, located on load cells, the solid ingredients are fed through a screw and the liquid ones are dosed through a litre-counter totalizer. The stirrer is a fast-cowles one, to make it easier to dissolve the solid product and avoid the creation of clots, in any case it is designed for each single application, according to the preparation tank capacity and ingredient characteristics. The lung tank that contains the finished product is equipped with min-max level controls. A PLC allows to store several production cycles and to memorize a number of pre-built recipes the are recalled by an operator according to the needs. Temperature is controlled and mantained to the desired value in two tanks using a regulation system with temperature probe and automatic on-off valve. The barrel pumps are generally lobe volumetric ones, but, according to the the product features, other solutions are possible. The product feeding is made through an automatic valve that is controlled by the downstream plant. The plant is completely washed by an on-line CIP: there are four circuits, for the two tanks and for the two lines. Different plant capacity are possible, according to the amount of product to be treated.
