This plant produces food products obtained by solids (sugar, flour, milk powder, etc.) and liquids (water, milk, glucose, etc.) batching. In the preparator, equipped with a fast agitator with flat shovels, the liquids are batched by an accumulating litre-counter. The solids batching is carried out in an external "triblender" mixer. Ingredients are taken from storing tanks placed on load cells which weigh in deduction the quantity to be fed. Product are then recycled by a circulation pump until the complete dissolution of the solids. Once the batch is concluded, the quantity id transferred to the bag-tank, equipped with a continuous control level. Using a PLC allows to accumulate different production runs and to memorize a certain number of preset recipes which are recalled each time by the operator. In the two tanks temperature is controlled and kept at the desired level by a regulating system with a temperature bore and an automatic on-off valve. The pump used to transfer the product from the bag-tank to the utilization unit is volumetric with lobes. The plant is completely washed by an in line CIP: there are two circuits for the two tanks (lines are washed together with the tanks). Different sizes of the plant are available according to the quantity per hour of the product to be treated.
