This plant produces semi-finished products suitable for the production of sweets and similar products, saccharose and glucose syrups, fondant, etc.
In the preparator, equipped with a fast agitator with flat shovels and a heating coil, the liquids are batched by an accumulating litre-counter.
Glucose is stored in a service tank, which has been adequately thermostated.
The batching of solids can be carried out by a double-speed conveyor or driven by an inverter. Ingredients are taken from storing tanks placed on load cells which weigh in deduction the quantity to be fed.
Once the batch is concluded, the quantity is transferred to the utilization unit by a delivery pump. Using a PLC allows to accumulate different production runs and to memorize a certain number of preset recipes which are recalled each time by the operator. In the preparator the temperature of dissolution and maintenance is controlled and kept at the desired level by a regulating system with a temperature bore and automatic on-off valves on the steam circuit and industrial water. The pump useful to transfer the product to the utilization unit can be either centrifugal or volumetric with lobes, according to the products.
The plant is completely washed by a CIP.
Different plant sizes are available according to the efficiency.
The system used to store the ingredients is chosen each time on the basis of specific productive needs and of the supply.
