This plant carries out thermal treatments and pasteurisations of fluid food products (milk, drinks, etc.). For the thermal exchange runs we use plate exchangers (for more viscous products we can evacuate the possibility of inserting tubular exchangers instead of those with plates).
The plant is meant for realizing the highest possible thermal recovery, making the exchangers travel against the current using the two flows: the one with the products which have already been treated but still to be cooled and with cooled products, and the one with products to be pre-heated.
Using a PLC allows to accumulate numerous production runs.
It is in fact possible to set the pre-heating, pasteurisation and cooling temperatures.
All pasteurisation temperatures are continuously registered and can be printed on paper on Customer's request.
Tubular stops are realized in pipe stocks, therefore varying the number of these stocks allows to change the time of stopping at elevated temperature. Different sizes are available according to the quantity of product to be treated per hour and to the necessary thermal run. However, it is possible to vary the capacity of each machine by using a suitable hand-regulator valve.
