The plant provides for the thermal treatment and for the pasteurization of fluid foodstuff (milk, drinks, etc.). Plated exchangers are used for thermal exchange cycle scambiatori a piastre ( in the case of more viscous products should be used tubular exchangers more than plated ones). The plant is planned to achieve the highest thermal recovery, creating a two-way flow inside the exchangers using two fluids: the treated product and the cold one, ready for the preheating Using a PLC allows you to store several production cycles. It is possible to set the pre-heating, pasteurization and cooling temperature. All the pasteurization temperatures are recorded continously and can be printed on user demand. The tubular pause is made in short tubes, so that a variation in their number causes a variation in the pause lenght under high temperature. Several sizes are provided according to the time quantity of the treated product and to the necessary thermic cycle. On each machine it is possible to change the delivery using a manual control valve.
