The plant produces zootechnic medicines that are extracted into special containers and manually manufactored on another line. The process water has to be demineralized using a particular plant, with ione-exchange resins. The residual conductivity, according to the final applications, should have a value of 2-10 microS/cm. Water is stored in a bag container, and finally sent to the preparators: batching is made using a litre meter. Solid compounds are previously weighed and manually fed. Each preparator is equipped with a stirrer in order to quickly melt the solids. The thermal cycle is obtained with a hot water coil, inside the tank, and the cooling process is obtained with a cool water (or well water) external jacket Once the batch is finished, it is transfered to the filtering station, using a frame filter press, and then to the department storage tanks. The plant has got a power and control electric switchboard. The management is completely automatic, allowing the temperature and cycle setting-up; manual feeding gives you the power to choose if the cycle can go on or not, when the operation has been already done. The plant is developed according to the customer’s needs and specifications, regarding to the processing, the products and the technologies.
