The plant is designed each time according to the customer needs and specifications, in relation with the processings, products and technologies. The amount of effects depends on several factors, such as the product value, the plant efficiency, the cost of thermic power (steam usually), the chemical and phisical features of the product in different concentration conditions, etc. Among the variants that can be applied to the product, there is the thermic and mechanical re-compression of produced steam. The height dimension of evaporation devices is the peculiarity of this kind of insatllations. If it is possible, can be placed compact preassembled units, which contain the evaporators, the pumps, the external exchangers and all the plant accessories. This way it is possible to considerably reduce the construction and installation time. All the electric and hydraulic connections, where it is possible placed inside the structure, are made before the assembling, limiting the connections in the final destination of the plant. The plant has got a power and control electric switchboard. The management is completely automatic, with setting for temperature, capacity, vacuum degree and various cycles.
