RECUPERATORS
As well known, in almost all industrial production runs a part of the energy which is not adequately exploited is dispersed in the environment in the form of fumes, air and water.
Considering that the cost of energy has reached very high levels and that it burdens sensibly on the balance of companies, our firm, Fea, has planned and realized two models of heat recuperators which are able to recycle a great amount of energy by reusing it in the production runs.
The supply and the installation of each heat recuperator is preceded by a detailed technical/economical inspection consisting in a chemical analysis and a study on the typology of the plant, guaranteeing the construction of machines specifically dimensioned according to the needs of the single cases.
The heat recuperators realized by Fea are made of absorbing plates in stainless steel, vertically mounted in specific structures which are easily accessible for the periodical cleaning operations.
Besides, Fea produces systems for filtering and demolishing obnoxious waste coming from industrial processes, dividing the influence fields into two sectors.
The fist employs a multiple-stage filtering system with active charcoal filters and electrostatic plates allowing the demolition of toxic fumes and exhalations.
The second, being a catalytic burner, enables to transform any obnoxious waste developed by industrial processes into inert molecules of carbon dioxide, water and nitrogen, recovering 95% of the employed energy.
