The plan in the flow chart pictured below covers the need of an everage-output industrial plant or of a production unit inside a plant, for which you may need a dedicated production of utilities. Generally there are refrigerating units for the production of glycol water to cover the process need and boilers to produce hot water. Chilled water, generally used for air-conditioning and for less-heavy process applications, is produced from glycol water using a plated heat exchanger. Refrigerating units have an heat condensing recovery system, partial or total according to the needs: this option allows to produce hot water avoiding thermal plant overloading. Hot water thermal level production through recovery system is about 45-50°C. The remaining quote is obtained with boilers and thermal level monitoring is made with a three ways modulator valve. The condensing heat that cannot be recovered is drained using an industrial hydraulic cyrcuit linked to a cooling tower. This tower is positioned over a catchment area, from which the pumps draw from the plant units and from the freezing sets. The central plant can be modified to insert steam boilers, diathermic-oil boilers, hydro-cooling plants, etc., according to production needs
