All our yards are directed by a technical superintendent who is adequately prepared to manage the works and to intervene should any emergency occur.

In principle the presence of our superintendent renders the yard autonomous without the assistance of the Customer's staff.

Our yard superintendent arranges with the Customer the execution of works and cooperates with the designer responsible for the order for what regards any possible change which may become necessary during the executive stage.

When we plan plants or machineries on Customers' request, we analyse, before the execution of works, every single detail of the project so as to check that Customers' needs have been correctly understood.

Execution is carried out by the designer, who works together with the workshop superintendent for what concerns the works to be done by our site and with the yard superintendent for what regards the installations on the job.

The starting off and the final test stages, carried out in presence of members of the Customer's staff, are realized in team by the mechanical or the plant superintendent, the electrical or software superintendent and by the yard superintendent.
